An Overview of Our Services    Senior Life Management Services, LLC will work with the community and the network of senior providers and professionals to create a referral resource for an individual who is need of our services.   We will begin the program process by building a relationship of trust and gathering information to determine if and how our program would benefit that individual.  During a series of meetings, we will discuss with the individual and their family the process of developing a life plan and the role of Senior Life Management Services, LLC in the coordination of thevarious aspects of the plan.      A summary of the plan provisions can include all or a combination of the following:   Ø     Develop a life plan with recommendations based on the findings of a health, medical, financial, home safety, and social needs assessment.    Ø      Locate, identify and secure assets.    Ø      Review monthly income and expenses.  Prepare a personal budget.   Ø      Coordinate all bill paying.    Ø      Review estate planning documents and   coordinate estate planning with client’s attorney.   Ø      Coordinate tax information with accountant.   Ø      Coordinate healthcare needs and/or companionship services.   Ø      Attend health care meetings with or for client.   Ø      Manage maintenance services, upkeep or sale of the home.      Ø      Coordinate the transition to an alternative living setting.   Ø      Coordinate health and medical bill processing.   Ø      Assist client in monitoring doctor and other appointments.  Arrange transportation if needed.   Ø      Assist individual with their end of life and/or funeral arrangements.   Ø      Ongoing support is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
